Welcome to Sapporo japanese sushi restaurant, a traditional Japanese restaurant in 8065 E Peachtree Ln, Wichita, KS 67207!
We serve the freshest and most authentic sushi in the city, made with love and precision by our experienced chefs.
Our menu features a wide variety of sushi rolls, including nigiri, sashimi, and tempura, as well as more adventurous options like the Volcano Roll with its fiery habanero sauce and the Deep Sea Roll with its rich caviar and lemon-infused mayo. Came here for a gals night out. Really fantastic sushi. Nice ambience. Good service. Way too many interesting options on the menu though. So many rolls and only one stomach. I'll have to come back!

Excellent service and food. This is the only place I have found a peanut avocado roll or a mango asparagus roll in my recollection. Terrific (if odd) combinations! In addition to the standard sushi menu, many of their rolls have fun local themed names, which is a nice touch.

My favorite place for sushi in Wichita, has to be Sapporo. There's nobody in town who does it better. You can't go wrong with their California roll as a nice side to the rest of your sushi.
